About Ben

I was born and raised in Greensburg, and have spent most of my life here.  When my wife, Amy, and I got married and contemplated where to start our family, we chose Greensburg.

Amy and I love to travel, particularly exploring the bright lights of big cities! At the same time, we, along with our dog Rocco, love the outdoors! So when it came to finding a place to call home,  we wanted a mix of everything… a sense of community, quality schools, restaurants and shopping, suburban living with close proximity to Pittsburgh, golf courses, parks and the mountains.  Greensburg was a perfect match! On a Friday night we can enjoy dinner at Station Square and on Saturday hit the slopes at Seven Springs, all within a 30 mile radius.

Working in real estate is not just a job to me, it has become a passion! While being a real estate agent is a newer endeavor, my interest in real estate and experience in the industry is not. Many times I have heard the advice to find what you love to do in life and do it! I love music and especially the guitar, so I am learning to play!  I am motivated by the physical and mental challenges of golf, so I play (or at least try to).  I enjoy meeting and working with new people; I am fascinated by the intricate details of what makes every building or piece of real estate different; and I love the process of  negotiating a deal, watching all the pieces come together.  So being a real estate agent affords me the opportunity to do all three- meet new clients, work with them to buy/sell a home, and make the deal happen! And at the end, hopefully you as a client will have achieved your goal, had some fun in the process and ultimately walked away a satisfied customer. And me… I’m just doing what I love to do!
